We are proud of the quality and design of our watches. That's why all a.b.art watches come with a full 2 year warranty which certifies that the watch has been entirely manufactured by our highly skilled craftspeople using first-class materials and covers all manufacturing errors. The warranty does not cover the battery, strap or bracelet, and crystal.

Repairs

In the very unlikely event that your watch needs repairing, we recommend returning it to Switzerland where it can be worked on by the trained technicians who built it in the first place. All you need to do is return the watch to us - we send you a pre-paid carrier - and we will handle all the rest with our Swiss colleagues. It's a simple, well-designed process - just like our a.b.art watches.

Charges will be according to the service or repairs required and all work is covered by our a.b.art guarantee.
