We are proud of the quality and design of our watches. That's why all a.b.art watches come with a full 2 year warranty which certifies that the watch has been entirely manufactured by our highly skilled craftspeople using first-class materials and covers all manufacturing errors. The warranty does not cover the battery, strap or bracelet, and crystal.

Repairs

In the very unlikely event that your watch needs repairing, we recommend returning it to us. We have a UK based authorised repairer who is fully trained to a.b.art standards, and to make the process straightforward, please send the watch to us and we will make all the arrangements and have the watch returned to you. It's a simple, well-designed process - just like our a.b.art watches.

Charges will be according to the service or repairs required and all work is covered by our a.b.art guarantee. Work done by any technicians other than our own a.b.art authorised repairers will invalidate all warranties.
